Pope Benedict The XVI Could Resign If He Had Health Problems

Pope Benedict the XVI has just declared that he will be the 1st Pope in over 700 years that will resign if his health condition should get worse or if would have mental problems.
The Pope, that has 83 years, made a big fuss with the declaration at Vatican. And it’s not the 1st of this kind if you remember the declaration given to a German journalist in which he stated that using a condom is OK in some cases.
According to The Telegraph in the book “Light of the World: The Pope, the Church, and the Sign of the Times” Benedict said: “Yes, if a Pope sees he is not capable to do his job because of physical or mental problems he should abdicate”
Also Benedict added: “I myself wonder sometimes if I would be able to be a Pope till I die and if my health will let me do so?”
