A man from Belgium managed to surprise his girlfriend with a marriage proposal right before the Cercle Brugge vs. Standard Liege soccer game.

According to Mirror he managed to surprise his girlfriend very much but sadly not in the right way. The young man made the proposal in front of thousands of people that had come to watch the game. And to make things a little more interesting keep in mind that other thousands were present at home watching the game on TV.

Frank’s girlfriend listened to the speech with no reaction and when the man said ”Would you marry me” she run away like a maniac.

I for once feel bad for the poor man and can’t understand why didn’t she just said yes just to don’t humiliate him and afterwards at home make things right.
