Woods will keep the family waterfront estate, even though she has reportedly bought a multi-billion shilling holiday home at an island in her native Sweden.
In return for the massive financial pay-out, Ms Nordegren has allegedly agreed to stay silent about her marriage.
Woods will however not be allowed to expose the children to any of his girlfriends and only his future wife will be allowed near the children, daughter Sam, three, and 18-month-old son Charlie, Daily Mail reported.
