Last night we’ve witnessed one of the best soccer matches of the season as Real Madrid took on Barcelona at the “Santiago Bernabeu” stadium. The result was very surprising as the Catalonia club trashed “Los Blancos” thanks to a beautiful display. In the end it was 6-2 for Barcelona, a result which has left their rivals with almost no chances to win Primera Division.
For Barcelona scored Henry x 2, Puyol, Messi x2, and Pique, while for Real Madrid G. Higuan and S. Ramos tried not to leave the wash the humiliation. Los Blancos took the lead quickly in the 7th minute, however, the Blaugrana team managed a superb comeback and scored 3 goals before halftime. When the teams got back on the pitch, it was the Madridistas who scored again, but the again Barcelona scored another 3 goals in order to make their way through winning the championship.
Barcelona are now 7 point clear at top with 4 games left to play. It is almost impossible for Real Madrid to win as Barcelona would have to stumble in 3 matches. Meanwhile the Blaugrana team is making its way to the Uefa Champions League final in Rome after a 0-0 draw at Camp Nou, they will play Chelsea at the Stamford Bridge on Wednesday.
