Microsoft, one of the biggest computer technology-related company, has released a new search engine today after weeks of speculation. The new search engine is called Bing, and it’s a replacement of the old and rusty Live Search. Microsoft Bing should compete against the likes of Google and Yahoo.
Microsoft wants a bigger share of the search market, and the company claims that Bing’s search technology is better than what Google and Yahoo have to offer. Reports showed that Microsoft Bing is not something revolutionary or better than Google, but it’s still in early beta and it is said that it has a lot to offer.
An advantage of the Bing search engine comes of the way it returns image searches. Many internet users prefer “all on one page” image collections, and this is exactly what Microsoft offers. The old Live Search now redirects to Bing, and you can head over to www.Bing.com to see what it has to offer.
